I brought my cat, Pumpkin, for an annual wellness checkup. The staff were very gentle and did not startle Pumpkin, who tends to be nervous around strangers. They had no problem answering my questions and giving me advice about her daily health needs. Additionally, they were transparent about the cost of services when I asked about them during our visit. They allowed me to remove bloodwork from the visit to better fit my budget and did not pressure me into paying for any services I did not request.

First vet visit with my big 9+ y/o cat in years and I was very nervous about it. Dr Joyce was wonderful, patient, and I appreciated his willingness to start small and see if successful before moving to more expensive steps only if necessary. Thank you to Bree (sp?) as well, she was terrific.
