My Nightmarish Experience In 2019, I brought my three cats to this clinic solely to receive their rabies vaccinations, as I had clearly stated in a detailed voicemail and during the intake process. Because the clinic was incredibly busy, the staff rushed through the intake paperwork and payment process. I signed the documents assuming it was their new procedure, and I paid the total—which was higher than expected, though I assumed prices had simply increased.After the staff took my cats, I went home but immediately felt uneasy. I called the clinic to verify they were only there for vaccinations, only to discover I had been charged for and authorized spay and neuter surgeries. My cats were already sedated.I rushed back to the clinic and was met with hostility. The receptionist aggressively yelled at me, falsely accusing me of lying about wanting vaccinations to get out of paying for surgeries. She even loudly and inappropriately made a comment about my male cat's anatomy.The most shocking part of all is that two of the three cats they had just sedated—including the male cat—had already been spayed and neutered by them! Furthermore, my other female cat was a rescue adopted from Afghanistan, and she had already been spayed by the Nowzad Charity prior to her flight to the U.S.I was completely speechless, trembling in shock, and horrified. The trauma of this experience has left me paranoid and terrified to take my pets for basic vaccinations, forcing me to use alternative services to ensure their safety and my own peace of mind. I must say it was just the receptionist with the dark hair who was vile and unprofessional. Truly a disgusting human.

Most of the people that worked there was friendly. You have a couple that are rude. A they take very good care of your animal.
