I have had two of my cats seen here. In my opinion, I came to this vet practice with clear and worrying symptoms my cats were displaying. Vomiting, lethargy, howling, change in behavior, going outside of the litter box had slowly started to become normal in two of my cats. My worries were dismissed after multiple appointments with my cats being given prescriptions for nausea and anxiety and I was told to use feliway to calm the cats down. Well, now one of my cats is dead after organs shutting down from stage 4 lymphoma and my other cat is on deaths doorstep also with lymphoma. Prednisolone is how I treated a previous cat with lymphoma that gave him two extra good years of life. This practice dismissed me and my cats and now I’ve lost one cat who suffered greatly at the end and another cat is suffering because of their lack of proper care. I felt like the vet techs here cared a lot more than any of the actual veterinarians. I would go elsewhere.

I do not recommend anyone bring their fur babies here! This has happened three times now. I take my pet, do everything they recommend, pay lots of money, and my pet is no better. I take my pet to a different vet, it is much cheaper, and my pet is miraculously cured the very first try. I thought it was just a coincidence, but after three times, I do not trust them. They are either terrible veterinarians, or they purposely do not cure your pet so they can get more money from you. At other vets, they do all the work, they are the bad guy to your pet, that's what you pay them for! VCA Chancellor made me muzzle my own pet, hold her still, force her every direction they needed for the exam. I hated that! I was the bad guy in my pet's eyes! They don't understand we are trying to help them. I pay them, they should do that themselves! And the exam costs an awful lot for FIVE LITTLE MINUTES with the actual vet! They brought us the quote, and we were OBVIOUSLY extremely distraught about how much money it was going to cost. And the vet tech continued to try to upsell us at every turn. Read the room! Give it a rest! So unprofessional and insensitive! They do not care. They are in the business of making money, not making your pet well.
